At Bang Bang Vintage Stores, all sales are final. Once an item is sold, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
All items are sold “as-is.” We take great care in inspecting our items for quality before shipping. If an item is broken, damaged, or otherwise flawed at the time of purchase or upon delivery, it is considered sold and will not be eligible for return or refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including for custom products, sale items, or gift cards. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection prior to completing your purchase.

Exchanges
As all sales are final, exchanges are not accepted. We encourage you to carefully choose your items, as replacements or exchanges will not be offered.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
If you are a customer within the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period is not applicable to our sales, as all purchases are final.
